This page provides author guidelines for submitted and accepted papers for the 2026 25th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2026), to be held in Qingdao, China, July 28–30, 2026.
Author Information
Paper Preparation
ISCIT 2026 allows only online submission of papers in PDF format through EDAS. Papers submitted for ISCIT 2026 must follow the IEEE conference paper template.
The final manuscript should follow the page limit specified in the Call for Papers. Authors are advised to keep the final paper within six pages unless otherwise instructed by the organizing committee.
IEEE templates are available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
All papers must be written in English. The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and conference materials.
Review Process
Papers submitted for review should clearly state:
- the purpose of the work;
- how and to what extent it advances the state of the art;
- specific new results and their impact.
The degree to which the paper addresses these issues will affect whether the paper is selected. Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the conference will be considered.
Camera-ready Submission (After the Notification of Acceptance)
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final camera-ready manuscript through EDAS.
The camera-ready final submission deadline is:
August 1, 2026
For final manuscript submission through EDAS, please use the ISCIT 2026 EDAS final manuscript submission link: https://edas.info/N34942
For detailed instructions on submitting final manuscripts through EDAS, please refer to the EDAS official guide: https://edas.info/doc/final.html
It is mandatory to verify the PDF file of the paper for IEEE compliance before final submission using IEEE PDF eXpress. Papers that are not IEEE Xplore-compliant may not be included in the proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore.
IEEE PDF eXpress Guide
IEEE PDF eXpress Site ID / Conference ID for ISCIT 2026:
70453X
IEEE Conference Record Number: 70453
IEEE PDF eXpress website: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
Authors should use IEEE PDF eXpress to check or convert their final manuscript PDF for IEEE Xplore compliance. The IEEE PDF eXpress site for ISCIT 2026 opens on July 21, 2026, and the PDF eXpress submission deadline is August 1, 2026.
PDF Instructions for Authors
Please proofread your source document carefully before creating the final PDF. Any changes made after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion, such as adding headers, page numbers, or watermarks, may invalidate IEEE Xplore compatibility.
To create or access your IEEE PDF eXpress account:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
- First-time users should create an account using Conference ID 70453X, their email address, and a password.
- Previous users may follow the same steps and use their existing password. Please verify that your contact information is current.
- Continue as prompted. A confirmation will be displayed and emailed to you.
For IEEE PDF eXpress support, please visit the IEEE Support Center or contact PDFSupport@ieee.org.
Important: When a paper is checked with IEEE PDF eXpress, the paper is not submitted yet.
After receiving confirmation of compliance from IEEE PDF eXpress, authors must submit the PDF file approved by IEEE PDF eXpress through EDAS.
IEEE Copyright Form / eCF Submission
Authors of accepted papers must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) through EDAS. One copyright form is required for each accepted paper.
To complete the IEEE eCF, please log in to EDAS, go to “My Papers”, select your accepted paper, and follow the copyright link on the paper page. The link will redirect you to the IEEE eCF system.
Please make sure that the paper title and author list in EDAS are consistent with your final camera-ready manuscript before completing the eCF.
Completing the IEEE eCF is required for publication in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
If you encounter any issue during the eCF process, please contact the ISCIT 2026 organizing committee.
For reference, please see the official EDAS and IEEE documentation:
Presentation Preparation
Each presenter will generally have approximately 10–15 minutes for the presentation. Please prepare your talk content and presentation slides according to the presentation time assigned to your session.
ISCIT 2026 will not collect presentation slides through EDAS at this stage. The conference venue will provide computers for projection. Authors should bring a USB drive containing their presentation slides and copy the file to the session laptop at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
